XBL only goes up to 720P and is also encoded with VC-1 so it should be much smaller than the standard 10 GB per hour of HDTV. However still depending on length it could easily be 5 GB which would be huge for a download. The largest on XBL so far has been some demos in the 1.1 GB range.
